Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Pevitz applications and services ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
The Service is an internal content-production tool operated by Pevitz. It automates the creation of short-form video content and uploads results as drafts to connected third-party platforms (currently TikTok) for human review and manual publishing.
Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the videos uploaded via the Service.
- You will not use the Service to produce content that violates the terms of TikTok or other connected platforms, including but not limited to: spam, harassment, misleading information, or content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights.
- You will not attempt to bypass rate limits or platform-imposed restrictions.
- You are responsible for keeping your OAuth credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, disconnect your account via platform settings.
Draft-Only Uploads
The Service uploads videos as drafts to your TikTok Inbox. No video is ever auto-published; publishing is always a manual action performed by you in the TikTok application.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rendered content will be accepted by the target platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pevitz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost content, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or missed posting opportunities.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
